Data Usage

The data collected by RankCord is used exclusively for the following purposes:

• Leaderboard Generation: User XP/Level data is used to calculate and display the top members within each server.

• Bot Commands: Information like user and guild IDs help the bot respond correctly to user commands within servers.

• Customization: Server settings are stored to tailor RankCord’s behavior to match the preferences of each server.

Data Storage and Security

• RankCord stores data securely in databases managed by our team. Only necessary data is stored to reduce risk.

• We take security seriously and implement measures to prevent unauthorized access to user data.

• RankCord does not share any user data with third parties. The information collected is used solely for in-bot functionality.

Data Retention

• Data is retained as long as the bot is in use on a server. If a server removes RankCord, we automatically delete all related data within 30 days.

• Users can request the deletion of their personal data by contacting our support team. Server admins can also reset server-specific data if needed.
