Acceptance of Terms

By using the RankCord Discord bot, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use the bot.

Use of the Bot

  • The RankCord bot is provided for use in Discord servers. By inviting the bot, server administrators accept responsibility for ensuring all users follow these terms.

  • You may not use the bot for illegal, harmful, or malicious purposes, and must adhere to Discord's Terms of Service.

Data Collection

  • RankCord collects data necessary to provide the services, including user interactions within the server, leaderboard stats, and user levels.

  • We do not collect sensitive or personally identifiable information. User interactions within the bot are stored to calculate and display ranks, XP, and related statistics.

  • All data is stored securely and used solely for the purposes of running the bot and improving the service.

User Conduct

  • You agree not to engage in spamming, harassment, or other disruptive behavior within servers using RankCord.

  • Any abuse of the bot, including attempts to exploit or disrupt its functionality, may lead to a temporary or permanent ban from the bot.

Service Availability

  • RankCord is provided “as is.” While we strive to ensure reliable operation, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that could temporarily affect service availability.

Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, RankCord is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the bot.

Changes to Terms

  • These Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time. Server administrators and users will be notified of any major changes.

Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate RankCord's access to any server if the bot is used in violation of these terms.

Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
